Meet Linda

Linda is a Pacific Islander who came to Ithaca by way of NYC.  She was born in Michigan, and raised in Guam, USA, "Where America's Day Begins!"  She began her practice here in 2007 with a deep appreciation for the business and what it means to both buyers and sellers to have a successful outcome.

She has completed advanced professional studies with NYU's Real Estate Institute and holds several additional NAR credentials: Accredited Buyer's Rep., Sellers Representative Specialist, and Graduate of the Realtor Institute.  She is a regular guest speaker at home-buying seminars for Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services and enjoys sharing her understanding of the real estate process with new buyers, seasoned investors, and clients of all ages.

Prior to re-engaging in the business of Real Estate, Linda was a highly successful Personal Trainer in NYC with Equinox Health Clubs at 19th and Broadway.  A few special assignments emerged during that time, the most memorable being approached by agents for multiple Grammy winner James Taylor, to accompany his entourage on a 5-month, 30-city U.S. tour as Personal Trainer and Asst.
